Nathalie Doré is a credential executive coach, learning strategist, facilitator, and conference speaker. She has worked with leaders at all levels of an organization, and has partnered with board of directors to set strategies around talent development and organizational effectiveness. Besides running her own consulting firm implementing enterprise-wide systems like CRM, LMS, and ERP in the late 90’s, Nathalie worked within large Canadian and multinational organizations for over 15 years, managing teams responsible for talent development and organizational effectiveness in both Canada and the U.S. As director of learning and organizational effectiveness for Multimicro, Benjamin Moore and Ivanhoe Cambridge, she built the function from the ground up: Defining and implementing strategy, staffing designing processes, building systems and engaging managers at all levels as partners in deriving business value from learning.

She’s designed award-winning programs, built robust succession plans, prepared tactical teams for China, launched a North American retailer network, co-founded the Québec chapter of the Canadian Society of Training and Development and facilitated conferences to audiences ranging from 50 to 350 on learning transfer and employee engagement.

Nathalie’s passion for human development brings her to continually participate in workshops, symposiums and events around the world to refine her approach which focuses on sustainable transformation for herself and her coaching clients.

Nathalie Doré earned her Masters of Education from the University of Sherbrooke. She received training in coaching from Royal Roads University, and continued her training as a coach at the Québec Centre for Neurolinquistic Programming. She is a Certified Professional NLP Coach, and Certified Human Resource Professional and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.
