The coaching with Valerie Legge was an enlightening experience. I quickly started looking forward to our scheduled meetings and the value they would bring. Valerie is a wonderful coach and I especially liked that everything she speaks about is presented in a way that related to me personally. Valerie gave me the tools to look at and approach situations in different ways and choose the option best suited it. Valerie builds on existing strengths resulting in positive and enjoyable coaching sessions that I always left encouraged to implement what I had learned. Valery has initiated a personal growth from which I personally, my company and my team have benefited greatly.
