The Role: Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to accelerate the growth of our competitively priced corporate leadership solutions. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach among Fortune 1000 companies, offering an unparalleled opportunity to make a significant impact while enjoying an industry-leading commission structure with unlimited earning potential.

As part of our team, you will leverage our market-leading solutions, which combine cutting-edge research with creative methodologies, to close high-value deals. You will also play a key role in fostering relationships at the C-suite level, delivering tailored solutions that align with the unique needs of our clients.

Compensation Structure

  • 100% commission-based role with potential to earn $200K-$500K+ annually
  • Industry-leading commission rate of 20-30% on all closed deals
  • Fast-track commission payments – paid within 15 days of deal closure
  • Full commission protection on all account renewals and expansions
  • No earnings cap or territory restrictions

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure enterprise-wide leadership development partnerships with major corporations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at the executive level
  • Create compelling value propositions and ROI analyses tailored to each client’s specific leadership development needs
  • Collaborate with our program design team to create customized leadership solutions
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of strategic opportunities
  • Represent our company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness
  • Leverage our competitive pricing and innovative programs to secure multi-year, enterprise-wide contracts

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful commission-based sales experience
  • Proven track record of self-motivated revenue generation
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals valued at $250K+
  • Strong understanding of corporate leadership development landscape
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • English as a native language required; bilingualism preferred

Ideal Experience

  • History of success in commission-only sales roles
  • Previous experience selling to Fortune 1000 companies
  • Understanding of leadership development services
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Experience with enterprise CRM systems
  • History of developing long-term client relationships and securing repeat business
