Travailler avec mon coach, Stefano, a été une expérience vraiment rafraîchissante. J'ai suivi plusieurs cours sur LinkedIn, mais ma rencontre avec Stefano de Papillon m'a fait comprendre qu'il n'y avait pas de comparaison possible. Ce programme était incroyablement stimulant. J'ai trouvé le contenu engageant et enrichissant. Je me suis inscrite à ce programme par curiosité, poussée par son titre, sans savoir qu'il était axé sur le fait de donner et de recevoir de la rétroaction. M'attendant initialement à quelque chose de différent, j'ai été agréablement surprise par la pertinence et l'utilité du contenu à la fin de l'atelier. Alors que j'avais entendu des critiques positives sur les programmes Papillon organisés virtuellement à Pratt, le fait d'en faire l'expérience en personne pendant une journée entière a dépassé mes attentes. La présence engageante de Stefano et les visuels de présentation impressionnants ont renforcé l'expérience globale.

Merci, Stefano ! J'ai vraiment apprécié la façon dont la formation "Impactful Conversations" a été conçue et présentée. Le fait d'avoir plusieurs sessions au lieu de 2 sessions d'une journée entière a très bien fonctionné (j'ai pu être plus concentré, j'ai eu l'occasion de réfléchir à ce que nous avons appris, et de voir où/comment cela peut s'appliquer dans notre environnement de travail, puis de discuter de situations RÉELLES). Le style artistique de Stefano est aussi bien présent dans sa présentation du contenu (ses dessins wow) que dans sa façon de parler pendant l'atelier. Sa démonstration du feedback dans l'exercice de jeu de rôle était très impressionnante car il a simplement utilisé les outils qu'il nous a montrés. Cet atelier a eu un grand impact sur moi et je suis heureux d'avoir pris le temps d'apprendre, car je suis habituellement trop occupé. Cela me sera utile.

C’était un plaisir d’assister et de participer à ton cours, Navigational Conversations. Stefano, j'’aurais bien aimé te voir gesticuler d’un peu plus près en personne par exemple . La communication, les échanges et les interactions étaient excellents dans le groupe (pendant la version en ligne de ce programme). Stefano, j’ai bien aimé ton authenticité et ta spontanéité. Les techniques apprises (le coaching de conversations, l’art de poser des questions ouvertes et les techniques de rétroaction) étaient exposées de façon simple et facile à mettre en pratique. Ces techniques peuvent être utiles à tous autant dans notre vie personnelle, familiale et au travail (avec des coéquipier ou des employés sous notre direction). De la rétroaction donnée de la bonne façon peut faire toute la différence entre aider une personne à prendre conscience de son potentiel d’amélioration et l’inciter à progresser vs créer une grande frustration, des pensées négatives, des nuits de sommeil perdues et une certaine colère qui pourrait perdurer. As someone who did not really know what I was about to experience. I felt like I was thrown in the deep end of the pool but with a lifeguard watching my every move and making me feel safe. I learned the difference between coaching and managing, a diff I did not realize existed before. The exercises were great practice to understand the technique and see where your weaknesses /bad habits reside. The pacing and flow are quite dynamic, found that the videos also helped me put the method into context. As for my personal experience, I was def challenged, and was able to be coached in the diff exercise which was a bit overwhelming, but allowed me to discover part of what has been holding me back. I feel lucky to have been given the gift of this course from my employer and look forward to continuing my coaching growth.

The Alignment Project is an excellent program. It is good to understand other peoples' communication styles. The approach is informative and good to get an unbiaised point of view with a process for moving forward. I appreciated the step-by-step process of understanding the executive role and how my style plays into either progressing or hindering goals.
