Goal

In this two-level integrated program, leaders emerge far more prepared to support employees through corporate transformations across the spectrum of business operations while also displaying behaviors that inspire confidence, encourage professional growth, and positive returns.

Approach

The learning of new skills takes place at two levels:

  • Level 1 focuses on personal reflection and integration of what it means to be a leader. With sufficient self -awareness, leaders then begin the process of generalizing their knowledge and skills to the outside world. The focus at
  • Level 2 is their impact on others as they recognize opportunities to express empathy, show managerial courage, engage in strategic vision conversations, as well as participate in helping individuals and teams think through their challenges and arrive at a decision that they can feel good about and execute.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Learn the Empathy Triad and how it can serve in dealing with distress in self and in others
  • Become comfortable in exercising managerial courage in tender conversations
  • Appreciate the importance of setting vision and direction in motivating, inspiring, and managing people
  • Practice solution-generating skills to overcome challenges and make decisions with the greatest positive impact for others and the organization in which people must thrive.
