Purpose of the program
Your ability to lead team meetings shapes each team member’s perception of your effectiveness as a leader. Effectiveness can be described as your ability to engage, motivate, and inspire members to contribute, participate, and own the team goals, vision, and outcomes. It also refers to your ability to allow for a culture of learning and vigilance to transpire. A culture of learning seeks to encourage perspective-taking, risk-taking, and decision-making. The leadership behaviours one chooses to model as a manager/leader will greatly impact a team and this program highlights those behaviours.
