Phase one

Pre-workshop Assessments to Broaden Personal Learning

  • Complete individual assessments to determine communication, leadership, and collaborative behavioral styles
Phase two

Building Partnership

  • Recognize team profile along the dimension of communication, leadership, and collaborative behaviors. Define team opportunities by working through the five- step collaboration
Phase three

Sustain Efforts

  • Two targeted follow-ups (3 and 8 months post program) to ensure that leaders are paying attention to business-related outcomes stipulated in the T-LAP.
