Mirella’s Unique Style
Her unique and insightful approach, coupled with extensive knowledge and training in psychology allow her to quickly and skillfully discern the client’s story line (what is said) from the root causes of their challenges (what is not said). The manner in which she builds rapport and trust is predicated on her belief that people own the inner skills to work through their challenges. What they require is acceptance and encouragement to re-discover for themselves the power that lies within. She combines mindfulness with solution-focused techniques that allow her clients to achieve their intended coaching goal much faster than they would on their own. This is made possible by her natural ability to co-create a purposeful partnership in which transformational change is simplified. Authentic, perceptive, and accepting, she generates transparency and openness with her clients. She is effective at helping clients gain clarity of the role that self-limiting beliefs, along with affective and cognitive states play in (a) defining their challenges; and/or (b) impeding the realization of their potential. Warm, curious, and nonjudgmental, she is able to grasp the essence of the clients’ inner landscape and their challenge(s).
