Dr. Mitch McCrimmon is an executive consultant with over 30 years of experience in the design of assessment processes and simulation exercises of leaders for selection, succession planning, talent review and development. He has created these unique assessment processes and centers for the Manitoba Telephone System, KPMG, Nortel Europe, Applied BioSystems, BAE (British Aerospace), Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina, Carillion Construction and Slough Borough Council. He has also designed simulation exercises to assess customer service staff and insurance agents. While in the UK he was an associate for 6 years of Ashridge Business School where his role was to coach participants taking a 5-day leadership course

Mitch has written three management books and numerous articles on a variety of leadership topics, some of which have been published in the Ivey Business Journal and the Canadian Manager. He has done a lot of writing about the changing meaning of leadership, employee engagement, and what it takes for a large organization to be more entrepreneurial. In his spare time, he likes to travel, read, walk, kayak and watch sports on TV.
