Stefano Di Lollo

Stefano has extensive experience as a Management Consultant partnering with purpose-driven leaders and organizations to help create impactful and innovative teams. Stefano acquired in-depth leadership experience in diverse sectors including aerospace, financial institutions, crown corporations, design, technologies, educational institutions, real estate, communication, electrical utilities, media, and the simulator market (for training and entertainment). His ability to partner as an advisor and coach has facilitated the development and launch of creative initiatives within corporations, and educational institutions alike.  As a certified coach, Stefano transmits his passion by partnering with clients so that they can reach their full potential with a unique approach. Stefano is also a dynamic leadership facilitator, collaborating with leaders across the organization as they develop their management and mentoring skills. Some of his creative programs are offered to Papillon MDC’s top corporate clients.

VP of Leadership Development, Stefano’s focus is on the successful learning and transfer of management and leadership skills within groups of managers from different industries. He has been able to take his years of experience in turning innovative outcomes through the cross-pollination of ideas and collaboration among groups of leaders in the creation of leadership programs.  In 2006, he spearheaded an internal collaboration initiative between the industrial design and engineering departments at D-Box Technologies Inc. While at the Trudeau Corporation, he founded and led the internal industrial design department while simultaneously working with
top-level executives to spearhead innovative company initiatives that involved trans-departmental collaboration. Both experiences are now leveraged at Papillon MDC to bring to its client base an understanding of how to stimulate creative thinking while paying attention to concrete actions.

Stefano significantly contributed to the development of future creative leaders during his tenure as a faculty member in the Industrial Design department at Dawson College in Westmount, Montreal, until 2021, when he decided to exclusively focus on pursuing his vocation in executive coaching and leadership development. As the Past Creative Director of the Montreal Chapter of CreativeMornings, Stefano continues to inspire young minds by his involvement in numerous events. He is also actively and purposely driven to bring out the best in young entrepreneurs through giving of his time to a non-profit organization that reunite Montreal’s entrepreneurial, technological, and creative communities. His studies in higher education pedagogy have led to his involvement in avant-garde projects working with Montreal colleges and universities to advance the Scholarship of Teaching & Learning (SoTL).

As a certified coach, Stefano transmits his passion by partnering with executive clients so that they can refine their leadership capabilities through his unique and creative approach. Clients often refer to Stefano’s ability as a form of painting pictures within the mind to offer clarity, to open doors for the cognitive exploration of solutions, and to ignite self-motivated action.

Stefano's Unique Style

Stefano’s multifaceted experience as a leader working alongside top level executives enables him to have a transdisciplinary vantage point of diverse corporate environments and structures. He likes to consider himself a “creative catalyst” on a mission to grow creative confidence in others so that they may unlock their potential, solve their problems to get unstuck, nurture impactful leadership cultures within organizations, and use the power of design thinking and storytelling to enhance experiential learning. His approach to powerful questioning and visualization allows for the deep reflection required to highlight thinking patterns, new ideas, and actionable solutions to problems.
