This AIR program was truly amazing. It was so invaluable and I’m so pleased that I was nominated by Alstom to be a part of it. For me, the opportunity to reflect and learn about the topics from the program as well as the interaction with peers was so refreshing and needed. The workshop on managerial courage truly inspired me. Stefano, thank you for bringing your knowledge and endless level of energy month after month and week after week. I’m hoping our paths cross again.
