Let’s face it: Stefano Di Lollo is an absolute pro, a master with his words, and an entertaining and CREATIVE facilitator. For me, the workplace stories and examples he used resonated with me because I could relate on many levels. Though it’s clear that Stefano has a considerable amount of experience, I respect that he also shared his own struggles in applying the techniques in order to help us get past our own resistance. Last but not least, his demonstration of how to use the Purposeful Coaching model was impressive. No one in the room even realized he was using the very method he was teaching at first!
