Today, I received certification for the Alstom Senior Leadership program at our Americas HQ in Canada. It was an exceptional experience, featuring training and pod coaching with outstanding facilitators from [Papillon MDC]. I had the opportunity to connect with colleagues from around the globe, fostering genuine networking and exchange.
The training incorporated real-world examples, demonstrating how we, as leaders, can apply the techniques learned while contributing to the experiences and development of others.
