I signed up for this course several months ago after hearing great “feedback” about Papillon [MDC] programs, like Navigation Coaching. Honestly, I was mostly drawn in by Papillon [MDC]’s reputation and by Stefano [Di Lollo] as a unique facilitator. I had also heard wonderful things about Mirella. Since I’m still relatively new to the company, I haven’t had the chance to attend many leadership trainings here — which is why I took the time to ask around.

The topic didn’t particularly interest me at first, because while I don’t have decades of experience, I felt I already had a solid handle on feedback. The listening portion within the module on managerial courage may have been difficult to put into practice but it also resonated with me the most. The program was very good and led by very good facilitators who were approachable, and open to discuss subjects in detail. They always establised a good rhytym and flow that was not too fast nor too slow.
