The Alignment Project is a wonderful process with wonderful facilitation. Really assisted in setting the course with responsibilities and roles for our team.
The program (The Alignment Project) was well organized and focused on ensuring that the team collaboration and understanding of each other was paramount. Our facilitator was extremely good at challenging our assumptions and holding up a mirror, when necessary.
The Alignment Project Program was very helpful in identifying key issues and constructive solutions. Particularly effective in creating a shift in communication styles and understanding. Mirella did a superb job herding the cats and adding insights. Wonderful facilitation and having all engaged. The wordsmithing of the leadership team charter was very well done.

His ability to draw parallels through metaphors is creatively insightful, and I honestly have no idea how he does it live and in the moment. It was truly next level. Let’s face it: Stefano Di Lollo is an absolute pro, a master with his words, and an entertaining and CREATIVE facilitator. For me, the workplace stories and examples he used resonated with me because I could relate on many levels. The Purposeful Coaching workshops truly changed my mind and the assumptions that I had about coaching; I believe in the past I’ve associated the word “coaching” with something negative versus how I see it now, which is something positive for conversations. What I really liked about this program was Stefano as the experienced coach and his great way of providing knowledge that often didn’t even feel like we were being taught but the learning was happening right there in the room.
Stefano is a great facilitator, his positive energy and the real-world examples he provides make the training so interesting. I really believe in coaching and I love how this [Purposeful Coaching] program allows for practicing a new model which will help me grow as a leader. The module on [managerial] courage has given me so much to think about. There’s plenty that I don’t make time for and I realize my threat detection’s go-to protection behavior is often avoiding the things that bring me discomfort. Great workshop.
