“The Courage to Fall Into Life”, written by Dr. Mirella De Civita, President of Papillon MDC Inc. and Founder of Grand Heron International, is the inspiration behind a leadership course entitled “Courage and Leadership” animated by our friend Pascal Papillon all the way across the Atlantic in France. The course looks at the five chapters of the book to help leaders align who they are with what they do, in alignment with their values and those of their organizations.
