C-Suite Coaching

Target Audience:

Newly appointed or promoted leaders, as well as those who have been transferred to a different business unit/department.

PROGRAM COMPONENTS & EVALUATION:

  • Comprehensive psychometric assessment for leader (3 to 5hrs devoted to analysis)
  • ROI metric calculation to determine progress toward coaching goal at the end of Phase 3 (10hrs – at the leader’s discretion)
  • Development of Coaching Action Plan
  • Mindfulness Evaluation at the end of each Phase
  •  Coaching Library of tools to support journey
  • Semi-structured interviews with team members (30-mins each)
  • Observations of leader in action (two team meetings)
  • 13 to 14 hours of one-on-one coaching
  • 5-6 hours additional hours devoted to guiding leader to explore organizational context
  • Two 30-minute three-way sessions with manager in Phase 1 and Phase 3 (optional)
  • 60 minutes post-program follow-up (Phase 4)
  • Unlimited support via email and phone
  • 10hrs devoted to administrative support for Meeting Updates, assessment portal management, session bookings
