PROGRAM COMPONENTS:

  • Comprehensive psychometric assessment for leader (3 to 5 hours devoted to analysis)
  • ROI metric calculation to determine progress toward coaching goal in Phase 3 (10 hours – at the leader’s discretion)
  • Development of Coaching Action Plan with specific outcomes
  • End of Phase assessments of Mindfulness
  • Access to our Coaching Library of tools to support journey
  • 13 to 14 hours of one-on-one coaching
  • Two 30-minute three-way sessions with manager in Phase 1 and Phase 2
  • 60 minutes post-program follow-up
  • Unlimited support via email and phone
  • 10 hours devoted to administrative support for Meeting Updates, assessment portal management, evaluation of coach, etc.
