Purposeful Career Coaching Program

Corporate coaching solutions for leadership alignment and strategic growth.

Target Audience:

Leaders in organizations interested in a new career path; Leaders contemplating retirement; Leaders in transition who have been informed to explore other career options outside of their present organization.

Program Components & Evaluation:

  • Comprehensive psychometric assessment for leader (3 to 5 hours devoted to analysis)
  • Career Action Plan and personal story-telling
  • End of Phase assessments of Mindfulness
  • Access to our Coaching Library of tools to support journey
  • 13 to 14 hours of one-on-one coaching
  • 60 to 90 minutes devoted to program follow-up
  • Unlimited support via email and phone

Optional:

  • Two 30-minute sessions with manager in Phase 1 and Phase 3. This is usually for the leader moving into retirement or exploring options within the organization, and not for those transitioning out of the organization.
  • 10 hours devoted to administrative support for Meeting Updates, assessment portal management, evaluation of coach, etc.
