Optimize Potential Coaching Program

Target Audience:

Successful leaders who desire to maximize their potential and achieve even higher levels of performance; High-performing leaders who have lost sight of how to move their performance forward. 

PROGRAM COMPONENTS & EVALUATION:

  • Comprehensive psychometric assessment for leader (3 to 5 hours devoted to analysis)
  • ROI metric calculation to determine progress toward coaching goal in Phase 2 and Phase 4 compared to baseline (10hrs–at the leader’s discretion)
  • Development of Coaching Action Plan with specific outcomes
  • End of Phase assessments of Mindfulness
  • Access to our Coaching Library of tools to support journey
  • 21 to 25 hours of one-on-one coaching
  • Three 30 minute meetings with manager to obtain input at critical points in the coaching process
  • 60 minutes devoted to program follow-up
  • Unlimited support via email and phone
  • 10 hours devoted to administrative support for Meeting Updates, assessment portal management, evaluation of coach, etc.
